Ich hänge ziemlich hinterher mit dem Bericht über mein photographisches Treiben. Das hat weniger mit Faulheit, als mit Krankheit zu tun. Wer sonst, außer ich, bringt es fertig, sich bei knapp 35°C zu erkälten?
Egal, ich bin auf dem Weg der Besserung, also zeige ich die neusten Bilder (Teil 1) meines Vordiploms "Films about ghosts". Wer die Inspiration des Titels erraten kann... darf sich freuen.
Mein Thema behandelt Filmstills aus modernen Film Noir, die jedoch nicht existieren. Ziel sind Bilder mit leichten "Störungen" wie Bildrauschen, zu hohe Kontra
Und nein, Cindy Sherman hat dabei nicht als Inspiration gedient. Ich wurde erst nachdem ich das Thema gewählt hatte, auf ihr Buch Untitled Film Stills hingewiesen. Und außer, dass wir beide Filmszenen, die nicht existieren, fotografieren - oder in ihrem Fall fotografierten- haben unsere Bilder nicht viel gemeinsam. Ich bin nämlich, anders als Cindy Sherman, kein Fan von Selbstportraits. Die Bilder oben sind nur ein kleiner Teil meiner Arbeit und ich bin mir noch nicht sicher, welches der Bilder (ja, nur eines) ich in meinem Endprodukt nutzen werde. Ich dachte nur, ich zeige mal eine kleine Auswahl aus dem Shooting mit einem meiner neuen Modelle, LadyAnn (MK), die wirklich großartige Arbeit geleistet hat.

Whatever, I am getting better so here is the first part of the new pictures featuring my pre-diploma "Films about ghosts". If you guess the inspiration for the title you can... be proud of yourseld. My subject is about modern nonexistent Film Noir filmstills. And no, this is nothing about Cindy Sherman. I was just told about her book Untitled Film Stills after I began to work on my pre-diploma. The similarities end with the idea of filmstills since I am not working with selfportraits as Cindy Sherman did.
The pictures you see are just a tiny fragment and I am not sure which picture (yes, most likely only one) of these, I will use for my project. I just thought to show you a variety of the shooting with my model LadyAnn (MK), who was fabulous.
